Logitech acquires Ultimate Ears
This morning Logitech, a company focused on electronic peripherals, announced its purchase of Ultimate Ears for US$34 million.
Ultimate Ears specializes in custom in-ear monitors and headphones and the US based company looks to expand Logitech’s market in the portable music listening arena.
