The boys over at Engadget managed to unearth some new info from Canon, which showed a new Canon EOS 50D.  Seemingly Canon China put up a link for an EOS 50D and was pulled shortly after its discovery.

The specs that are known about this supposed new shooter are it will sport a 15-megapixel sensor, use a DIGIC4 processor, have ISO sensitivity up to 12,800, on-board image stabilization, and sport a large 3-inch VGA LCD around back.

Check out Photography Bay’s site for more detailed specifications.
