Fujifilm has introduced a new compact digicam to its lineup, the J150W. The new entry level shooter sports a 10 megapixel sensor with a 5x optical zoom and 28mm wide angle lens.
The J150W offers a large 3-inch LCD display to ready and view photos from but does exclude an optional view finder from its spec list. Also missing is image stabilization technology.
Other features of note do include:
- ISO senstivity up to 1,600 at full resolution
- Focus modes - Center Auto-Focus or Face Detection
- 13 sceen modes
- 30fps video recording with sound (VGA or QVGA)
- 24MB of on-board memory
- SD/SDHC memory card expansion
- NP-45 Li-ion battery
- 92.0 x 57.9 x 22.6mm (3.6 x 2.3 x 0.9″)
- 146g (5.1oz)
Fujifilm’s J150W will be available starting in September for US$200 and comes in either black or silver.
