New iPod Nanos to be rainbow colored?
In an interesting twist, rumors are circulating that may shed light on a rainbow colored iPod Nano, courtesy of Asian manufacturing sources. According to 9to5Mac, a Mac enthusiast website that leaked news of last year’s new Nano versions, report that the new models will get memory capacity upgrades as well as “new features”. According to the rumor, the memory capacity will be doubled, which would mean new 8GB and 16GB models, compared to the 4GB and 8GB offerings at present.
Rumor has it that the popular media device “will appear in multiple colors … not multiple color versions but each one will have a plethora of colors”. We haven’t seen a multi-colored Apple product since the Apple logo from the good ol’ days, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as the news breaks. Perhaps they’ll make the new theme of the device “follow the rainbow.”
