YGIB 2If you’ve ever had a phone lost or stolen, it’s easy to remember the frustration that follows.  Losing phone numbers, addresses, e-mails - not to mention the phone itself - is frustrating and tiresome.  The problem, may be over soon, as startup company YouGetItBack.com is offering a lost phone retrieval service.  When the user of the device realizes that the phone has been lost or stolen, it can be remotely locked by accessing an online account.  Additionally, no calls can be made, and all personal information such as e-mails, contacts, and text messages are locked from viewing or use.

The service isn’t limited to just phones, as the product can be used on other electronic devices. The product costs $20 per year, and users have the option of purchasing security tags for their electronic products at $10 for three years of protection.  The premium service even offers a full phone recovery guarantee, offering a full replacement if the search is unsuccessful.
