Motorola Adventure V750 launches on Verizon Wireless
The Motorola Adventure V750 is now available for purchase through the Verizon Wireless website. This is the first phone in Verizon’s lineup to offer Push to Talk over the CDMA EV-DO Rev. A network. Although the technology is quite similar to Sprint’s QChat, the technology is a bit different and lacks the catchy name - at this time, Verizon is simply calling it “Rev A Push to Talk Capable.” A bit boring, if you ask us.
The device meets military specifications, and can be had from Verizon for $100 on a two-year contract. The carrier’s Push to Talk service is $5 per month. Though the device is the first in the new PTT lineup, the Boulder is expected to launch soon.
