Vadim Computers to sink like Rock

Vadim Computers go bust

Vadim Computers go bust

High-end computer makers ‘Vadim Computers’ will no longer be producing its bespoke range of custom PCs. Alas; it won’t be producing anything, ever again. The parent company, V-Solutions Ltd, has been quoted as saying that “the credit crunch that unfortunately hit the electronics and PC hardware industry hard” has caused them to go into liquidation.

Strangely enough V-Solutions Ltd still has a number of orders for Vadim PCs in the manufacturing process, but clearly not enough to save them from becoming all runny. It is believed that the liquidators will deal with these customers directly. If you have a Vadim PC, your warranty should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for each component part in your system. Not much of a relief for customers who have spent $8000+ on a system.

Other similar bespoke high-end PC manufactures have also hit rock bottom recently (pun intended!), with Rock going into administration only to be bailed out by Stone. I am really glad HP got involved with Voodoo when they did.
