New Acer Aspire X1200 desktop offers a low cost solution for PC users

Acer has announced the Aspire X1200 desktop series that offers computer users a new option for a low cost, high quality PC for the home. Starting at $450, the new X1200 features AMD dual-core processors for fast processing and NVIDIA GForce 8200 graphics to help users enjoy high-def movies, games, and sound all from the convenience of home.

The energy efficient and compact X1200 measures only 10.6-inches high and 14.4-inches in length and is offered in a few varieties including:

Aspire X1200-U1520A for $449.99 includes:

AMD AthlonX2 Dual Core 4850e Processor
4GB DDR2 Memory
320GB SATA II Hard Drive

Aspire X1200-U1510A for $459.99 includes:

AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 5000+ Processor
4GB DDR2 Memory
320GB SATA II Hard Drive

Aspire X1200-B1581A for $699.99 includes:

AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 4850e Processor
4GB DDR2 Memory
500GB SATA II Hard Drive
22-inch Widescreen LCD Display

All Aspire X1200 models include NVIDIA GeForce 8200 on-Board graphics, a 16x DVD+R/RW, DVD-RAM super multi, double-layer drive, 14-in-one media card reader, Windows Vista Premium 64 with SP1, two PCI Express slots, and nine USB ports.

The Aspire X1200 models are available now from Acer at major retailers.
