3G Apple iPhone to be sold at Best Buy and Radio Shack?
Chalk it up as a rumor for now, but according to the Boy Genius Report, Apple may be taking a different approach at the launch of the 3G iPhone. According to their sources, Apple has supposedly inked distribution deals with Best Buy and Radio Shack to sell the 3G iPhone when it launches.
Best Buy is an Apple authorized retailer, so the integration is perfectly feasible. No word as to whether the retailers will offer the phone at its July 11th launch date, or if it will be weeks/months afterwards.
