Casio’s new Pro-Series Ultra Slim projectors

Casio has just launched a new Pro-Series of projectors that look a bit different than any of the current projectors on the market.  Both of the models, the XJ-SC200 and XJ-S50 series, are based on a “Super Slim” profile; hailed by Casio as the industry’s slimmest.

Each projector offers an XGA (1024×768) resolution, between 2,500 and 3,000 ANSI lumens, a DLP projection engine and VGA input.  Some models will include a USB port for wireless connectivity through an optional WiFi receiver.

The projector line is scheduled to ship in August and will retail from $1,299 to $1,599 in price.
