Upcoming Sprint cell phone plans leaked
Sources are revealing that U.S. wireless carrier Sprint is gearing up to revamp its current pricing for mobile phones. Users will now be able to have the same plans for both CDMA and iDen service and the company also seems to have done away with the option for Power Pack and Free Incoming plans.
Individual User plans include Talk Only with 450 minutes for $39.99, 900 for $59.99; Talk/Message/Connect - 450 minutes for $49.99, 900 for $69.99, unlimited for $89.99; Everything plans, which include web, messaging, navigation, and TV start at 450 minutes for $69.99, 900 for $89.99, and unlimited for $99.99. Users wanting to use a smartphone must sign up for the smorgasbord Everything plan or a Talk plan with a Vision Pro Pack add-on ($30).
Family plans include Talk Share with 700 minutes for $69.99; Talk/Message Share with unlimited messaging - 1500 minutes for $99.99, 3000 for $149.99. Both of these plans charge $9.99 for additional lines. The Talk/Message/Data Share, which includes unlimited messaging, data, navigation, TV, and radio starts with 1500 minutes for $129.99, and 3000 for $169.99. Additional lines for this plan bump up to $19.99 per line.
All the plans are set to roll out to the public on June 15, according to PhoneArena.
