AMD’s netbook technically a Raon Digital Everun
The notebook that AMD had on display at Computex 2008 is not a full-blown AMD product. According to the device manager, the device is an Everun. As speculated by Engadget, the ‘Everun’ name is most likely a placeholder in the computer, although AMD spokesman Phil Hughes confirmed that the Raon Digital moniker was a part of the formal name.
According to reports, production will begin in July, and the computer will likely sport an AMD Turion 64 X2 processor, 1GB RAM, 1024×600 touchscreen, 60GB/80GB hard drive, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and integrated HSDPA.
