Apple iPhone coming in 2.8-inch, 3.2-inch models?

As always with the iPhone, rumors are flying, and this time we have some possible renderings of the iPhone with smaller touchscreen displays, 2.8″ and 3.2″.

The photos are from a Taiwanese company, Host Optical, that claims the new displays are going to be used in the upcoming iPhone, which is expected to be announced on Monday at the WWDC in San Francisco.
