Triumph shows Solar Powered Bra in Tokyo
We’re all for the worlds of fashion and technology meeting up once in a while, but this particular Fashion/Tech love child kinda scares us a bit. Triumph International Japan, a lingerie manufacturer, today showed off a green (literally) solar powered bra. What does a bra need power for you ask? It doesn’t. But Triumph seems to feel that a woman walking around in an oversized bra, sans shirt, is a perfect opportunity to charge any cell phone or MP3 player that the daring lady might be using at the time.
The photo above comes from the company’s press event in Tokyo. In case you were wondering, the two sickly looking figures in the back are mannequins. Perhaps Triumph could only find one live model that was willing to don the solar powered bustier…
