People lined up for the iPhone at Apple’s NYC Flagship store

Check out the photo to the right - courtesy of Engadget Mobile. It seems a humongous line has formed outside of Apple’s Fifth Avenue NYC store with customers waiting in line for…something? Word on the street, literally, is that some of these folks have no clue what they are in line for. In theory, at least, they are in line to buy a regular iPhone, though some seem to think they are going to get a 3G iPhone.
