If you enjoy gaming, have $5,549 in spare cash around the house, and need a new computer, the Area-51 ALX desktop was made for you.  The system ships with a 3.2 GHz Core 2 Extreme QX9770 processor, however Alienware decided that wasn’t enough.  The manufacturer has decided to overclock the processor speed to 4 GHz - the highest stable speed that the processor can handle.

Additional specifications include 4 GB of DDR3 RAM, the choice of twin NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GPUs or an ATI CrossFireX configuration with dual ATI Radeon 3870 X2 cards, dual ethernet ports, the option for a Blu-Ray drive, and customizable hard drive options.
