Jawbone 2 released with AT&T exclusivity
Today marks the release of the Jawbone 2, with a 50 percent reduction in size and a boost in design. Due to laws in various states and D.C., headset sales are expected to top 120 million units by 2009. The device is advertised to transmit 90 percent less ambient noise, allowing consumers to experience technology previously reserved for the US Military.
The device goes on sale in AT&T stores, at the AT&T Wireless web site, and directly through Aliph for $129.99. Additionally, the device will eventually be available in silver and rose gold.
