Security flaw morphs Google’s Gmail into spamming machine
INSERT, the information security research team, has reported that Google’s popular email app, Gmail, sports a serious security flaw and will turn the service into a spamming machine.
According to the report, a flaw in the way Google forwards messages allows spammers to send thousands of spam email through the company’s SMTP service. Spam messages make up 95% of all email communications on the Internet.
