Wii in your Westin Hotel Room
Your Mom may have told you never to Wii in public, but now you can Wii in private thanks to Westin Hotels! The chain has announced that it will supply at least 10 of its hotel chains with Nintendo’s Wii gaming system. The program, which is part of the WestinWORKOUT service, allows guests to choose specially equipped suites that already have athletic and fitness hardware in them. “We jumped at the chance to be the first hotel to partner with Nintendo and add interactive entertainment to our successful WestinWORKOUT program,” said Sue Brush, Senior Vice President, Westin Hotels & Resorts. “We think our guests will be eager to make Wii a part of their workouts during their stay with us.”
Westin Hotels will provide Wii Sports, Big Brain Academy, and Wii Play. Wii Fit is to follow with its included balance board for yoga and aerobics. Hotels in NYC and Bellevue, Washington are already Wii equipped with other locations soon to follow.
